Cancellation Policy
I charge 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment AT MY DISCRETION. If you reschedule at time of cancellation before 24 hours you will NOT be charged for the service and your deposit will apply to the new scheduled service.
Most services require a credit card on file for booking. All deposits will apply towards the service booked. All appointments have a scheduled start time and late arrivals may not be able to receive a service. In special cases I will accommodate partial or full appointments at my discretion.
3% fee is applied at checkout for card payments only.
